My Free eBook Download: Leadership From a Glass Half-Full

I’m pleased to announce the release of my free ebook download  “Leadership From a Glass Half-Full: 5 Things You Need To Learn Before You Jump Into The Pool”.

The main reason I wrote this mini-book is that many new and developing leaders do not get shown “the basics” of great leadership before they start practicing it.  I was one of those people, and wrote about that experience in the intro section.   I  then outline what I believe to be the 5 essential lessons any leader must embrace before they “jump into the pool“.

It’s short and sweet, and I hope you enjoy it.  Of course, share it with your friends, or anyone who is looking for some common sense leadership advice.

And many thanks for the help of a couple of great friends, Julie Roads and Jesse Petersen.

It’s a great tool, Terry. That was a pleasure to read. Thanks for your insight and taking those bumps in your career and sharing them so that hopefully others can avoid those bumps and experience others to learn even more.

Good to see someone finally gets it. Common sense and leadership advice never seemed to go together before now 🙂

Short, simple and true. I had the same “trial by fire” at age 25, and if not for patient team members who let me do more than a few “do-overs” I would have left management in favor of logging.

This is a delightful read. Concise and effective. This was indeed a very precise reference. I might use couple of these quotes in the future.

Spot on, creative, compelling read. This is the Prego brand sauce of leadership e-books – much more than leadership basics. Change management, employee engagement, and other initiatives are the spices, the leadership lessons you’ve provided are the supporting sauce.

The spices cannot stand alone and the sauce without the spices…meh! Change and engagement are made possible by the saucy leadership lessons inside this e-book. Oh, yeah…it’s in there!
