Thanks Andi, Phil, Charlie and Maria for your comments on this interview!

Maria, I look forward to reading that content - send it my way, will ya? :-)

Charlie, I'm very glad this was helpful for you - keep writing - and learning!

Phil, keep at it - it may take a little time, but you'll make it if you can indeed break through those barriers. Good luck!

Andi, great to hear from you. You're right, "in-person" Brian is even more intense - and challenging. I can't wait until SOBCon2010!

Thanks again to all of you, and all the best.

I remember being quite impressed with his "nice people" statement at SOBCon. I read Copyblogger off and on, but find his in-person dialogue very intriguing - there is something about seeing him in person that you can't get from words alone. I recently saw him at Blog World Expo with Sonia, Chris and Darren for a panel, and felt it was the best session of the event, not for content alone but by the delivery of that content by that group. I am not sure if that makes sense since we are all bloggers in an online world, but sometimes the offline impressions can be even stronger.

"Sure, we all face other obstacles, but most people don’t achieve a fraction of what they’re capable of due to imaginary barriers we erect for ourselves.

When I woke up from surgery, those barriers were dismissed for what they are – my own false creation. I’ve been on a hell of run since"

This really struck me hard. In a good way. Most of our limitations are "fake" barriers we set up for protection. In realization, we are really hurting our potential.

I am striving to break out...but it's a long road. Thank you Copyblogger.
