I’m glad you mentioned this interview in your comments section on today’s post. I really liked this interview. (By the way, you need to put a search widget on your site…I had to hunt to find this:) I am right there with Chris on the “need to be treated luxuriously”. I think that outstanding customer service is a really great differentiator in a crowded market.

Anyway, I’m glad I found this post. It was actually kind if nice poking around your site to find it.

Terry, Chris, A great interview. As I told Chris, I loved the book, better than I thought it was going to be, as it was both inspiring and practical. I didn’t get the game theory either – I’ve never played an online game. (really, NEVER, but I’m a wiz at Ms.Pacman and used to be addicted to Pong)….but I’m willing to learn and try to understand how one generation younger than I views the world – after all, they are my customers and clients. Thanks for a great book and interview… oh, and I want to be listening in on that singing this year. See you at SobCon10

I finished reading Chris’ book this weekend. I really enjoyed it as well. I didn’t expect to see the human element covered, but I totally endorse the notion of being nice, for the sake of niceness. I also picked up several handy tips about expanding our business and personal “games.” Nice interview with Chris.

Interesting interview Terry, and not the same old, same old that many would do. Love the questions as they are very unique (as I’d expect) and Chris’ answers are really good.
