Excellent post!

Yes - people do themselves and their customers a favor when they simply admit they&#039;ve made a mistake and act quickly to correct it...and then of course, learn from it.

When companies have a policy of &quot;making it right&quot; they can turn a dissatisfied customer into a raving fan! Often customers are used to the service person becoming defensive - and are pleasantly surprised when they take ownership instead.

I love that you added &quot;put it in the rearview mirror.&quot; You&#039;ve made the mistake, you&#039;ve made it right, now move on. We&#039;re all human! :) Great advice.</description>
