All About the Blog (and Why I Do It)
Recently I asked my readers if my blog was on the right track. It was a very good exercise, for it helped me to crystallize why I was doing this in the first place.
One particular excellent piece of advice came from Joanna Young, a fellow Joyful Jubilant Learner, who suggested that I create an “about the blog” page, that would answer the question “what would you tell a new visitor in a short page (no scrolling) about what they can hope to find at your blog”.
Well Joanna, I gave it a shot, and here it is. Thank you for the inspiration.
The timing of this is pretty good since of late I’ve been blessed to get an increase in RSS subscriptions because of Chris Garrett’s “Blogging Pack“. I thank all of you who have taken the time to subscribe, and I hope this “about” page can provide you with an overview of what this blog is about.
As always, I ask all of my readers for feedback on this new page - for after all, as the page notes, I do this for me AND you.
Many thanks!

Well done, Terry. Your about page conveys all the right feelings and ideas about your approach to blogging. And that Joanna - she must be a pretty good writing coach, don’t you think?

Keep going… Never stop…

I used to be a half empty type of guy. Most people believe that this will never change. I’m proving them wrong. I’m living proof. I see life through such wonderful lenses that it still amazes me.
I’m a different person and it’s because I have a mission to help people work happier. Creating a direction and going with it has made all the difference.

Great about page Terry, I really like it, perhaps you could quote cut and paste it into this post so those of us who have internet ADD can stay on track and remember to leave a comment here!
