A Joyful and Jubilant Opportunity: The Learning Flywheel

I’ve always liked the visual metaphor of the flywheel because it represents something that is hard to get going, but if enough people get behind it and push it, it builds up enough inertia to go on its own, and at great speed and efficiency.
