Another Starbucks Moment

I’m in Billings Montana this week (but looking forward to coming home tomorrow for a four day holiday weekend) and I had to share another “Starbucks Moment”. I used the drive-through this afternoon and 1) immediately got a voice on the speaker asking for the order, 2) got a very pleasant and “up” response and confirmation of the order, 3) upon getting to the window I offered my Starbucks Card (I’ve had the same one since 2002!) and the payment was quickly processed, 4) the iced grande latte was produced a scant 5 seconds later, and 5) the barista thanked me for my business and wished me a pleasant afternoon. The latte was consistent as ever and the whole process took no longer than a minute and a half.

Just thought I’d let you know Howard they are doing it right in Billings!
